I ordered a $79 protection plan and mint won’t give me credit for it
I ordered a $79 protection plan when I bought my phone, I received a receipt showing I paid this. I contacted Mint Mobile by chat (twice) and called them and supposedly spoke to a supervisor and everyone said they have no record of me purchasing it. So, I bought it and now I don’t even get credit for it.
