A Pro Company
Connie Buell was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions and made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. We have worked with other cruise booking agencies in the past, and many of their representatives were either rude or overly pushy. Our experience with Connie and Direct Line Cruises was completely different. She provided outstanding customer service without any pressure. This is our second time booking through Direct Line Cruises, and we look forward to using them again in the future. Their rates were very reasonable, and the excellent service made the experience even better. We highly recommend Connie Buell and Direct Line Cruises to anyone planning a cruise.
