Terrible experience, no responsibility taken
Terrible! Acknowledged the mistakes, stress caused etc, kept me waiting on and off for over an hour, only to sign post me to the airline! I booked through Booking.com, partnered with these and no compensation offered. No responsibility taken. Awful customer experience. Started very apologetic but actions speak louder than words. Having looked at the reviews, its not an isolated case, justa very poorly managed company!
