I wanted to recognize Sladjana for the excellent customer service I received. Someone sent me a gift card and I went through the process of requesting a physical card. After some weeks had passed after I received email confirmation that it was sent, I contacted customer service and Sladjana replied that their records show it was sent, to give it a few more days, high I did. After another week passing, I contacted Sladjana and indicated that I still hadn’t received the card. Sladjana said a new card would be issued, confirmed in an email that it was sent and, if not received, to let them know. About a week later I received the physical card in the mail and activated it with no problem. Excellent customer service by Sladjana! Please forward this to Sladjana, deserving of praise! Len Mattas
