Complete scam
Complete scam. Paid more than a 100% mark up for something I could have ordered directly through the embassy website (£76 instead of £6). Approved in ten minutes, meaning there was zero work on their part beyond submitting the application on my behalf. Possibly worth it if you have very complicated needs, I couldn’t say. Absolutely a scam for anything simple. They provided no actual service for the amount charged.
