My service rep was extremely knowledgeable about my policy and gave me options and negatives in full detail. I was totally naive to the details of my policy. My sales agent was vague on the details at the point of sale. I would not purchase this annuity if I could do it all over again. Not pleased with the surrender fees . However thanks to my service representative I was able to make some very crisp decisions to modify my annuity rider . Thanks to her I was able to make a revised plan with less consequences.
