It's the first time I've used this site. I was genuinely concerned for around half an hour whilst my purchase had been suspended and the money had left my bank account. They requested a selfie of me holding my bank card (showing just the last 4 digits and my name) and a photo of my driving licence (showing only my name and photo). I edited the pictures on MS paint to hide the other information. Around 20 minutes after I submitted the pictures I received an email telling me a product had been added to my account. All had been sorted and I could relax again. Overall, I got a good discount and the payment issue was resolved quickly.
