Confirm prescription
Everything was good except, my most recent purchases didn't show up in my account and that caused a problem. My old prescription was there instead and I copied and pasted the old prescription and my new sunglasses were no good. Unfortunately since you don't replace lenses I had to spend $190 to keep the frames I ordered. I did appreciate that you would have given me completely new frames with the correct prescription, but I wanted the ones I picked. I did save the current prescription when I did my order in April 2026. It just wasn't there? I did appreciate the prompt responses from my email. I will order from you again when I need new glasses and input the prescription and not save it.
