I placed an order and it has minor issue on transitions and left the messages for the company and the customer service team was very good with communication and with in two days they corrected my complaint. I am very happy with my outcome. Initially I rated 3stars score and now I am giving to them 5 stars satisfaction score I am happy to recommend Goggle4U to my friends and families

Glasses are great quality. Ordering process was easy. Shipping arrangements were communicated, then took every bit of the time they projected. Probably going to invest in another pair.
Glasses are great, shipping was very slow, communication was poor but very enthusiastic.
So, this was my first time ordering glasses online. I used the same measurements as the last pair of glasses I purchased from a local store. The glasses I received from Goggles4u have a lesser angle on the part of the frame that goes behind your ear. This makes them very prone to falling off my face when looking down. Maybe there was some way I should have known this. I was very happy with the price. The other disappointing thing was that the case is so small, it is hard to get the glasses to fit inside. Needed to be about a half inch longer. I would order from them again, but I would make sure I was buying a frame that had a steeper angle going behind the ear.

Offering was fairly easy. Communication after the order was placed was pretty bad and was very difficult to get updates. Also delivery took way too long.
