The choices and prices are amazing
The choices and prices are amazing. Sadly my order arrived in several pieces. I spoke to a very nice young man in customer service. He assured me I would get a refund. I ordered a new pair, it should arrive in the next 10 days hopefully in one piece. My sister has used the service for years and she and her kids have gotten wonderful well made glasses. I trust I will get the same wonderful service.

The glasses i received were very well made. I really liked them a lot since they were beautiful. They looked like the upscale designer eyewear but with a much better price. Even after I realized that I made a mistake when ordering they were very helpful in getting my issue resolved. That was excellent customer service.?

This is my 4 th pair and my first with progress lens. Everything has been perfect with the exception to the progressive lens. I cannot see without lowering my head. I’m not saying it is your error. Just the glasses are virtually useless to me. Customer service responded quickly with an acceptable solution. Customer service is very proactive.

Have used Goggles4u for many years
Have used Goggles4u for many years. Always great experience. The glasses have been perfectly fine and the prescriptions have been spot on. The price is so good that if you lose a pair or break it it’s not that big a deal.
Honestly
Honestly, they are very slow at getting orders out. My 1st order took 21 days to get to me. Glasses was to small so had to get ahold of them. They told me they would put out a rush order for replacement. Took 20 days to get them in the mean time I ordered a cheap pair and paid extra for 2 day delivery. We'll took 14 days and they refunded me $5. While waiting on the ones I paid for to get in 2 days, I ordered from a different company didn't pay extra at all. I just wanted to see if my insurance would pay and it did. Needless to say I got those before I got the ones I paid 2 day delivery. So I now have a new company I'll be ordering from. Good bye Goggles4U.
