Good Price, Came Fast Enough, Problems With Progressives.
First off the prices are better than other online optical retailers I have previously used, and you know what they say you get what you pay for. I ordered 3 pair, 2 pair single vison which seem fine lens wise, it is the frames that are sub par, one has plastic hinges, the other has a sticking spring hinge, that seems to have spread the hinge point, it came out of the package that way. These were ordered as spares and to be fair I did chose almost the lowest cost frames they had. I also ordered a pair of premium progressives that I have not been able to adapt to, seems the left eye sees better than right. The right lens has a noticeable edge blur, and a reflection kind of like a built in rear view mirror, very distracting and it affects my spatial awareness. I have been tolerating progressives from other sellers for a few years now but something is just off with the right lens that I can't seem to adjust out. I also ordered higher index lenses, but they still seem thicker than my previous lower index lenses. Will update as problems are resolved. Confirming first replacement email arrived, no tracking yet, will update again upon receiving replacements.

Hit the mark!
Well, you never know for sure what you’re going to get until it’s in your hands. But this last pair hit the mark! Just love them. Always a great price.
The glasses I received are okay, nothing special. The biggest problem was the length of time it took to get them. I have ordered from other companies who are much faster.

The online glasses-building website is very easy to use. Within 10 minutes, I had entered my prescription, chose my options, and ordered my glasses.
The price is HALF what the other online glasses sites charge. I couldn't be more happy with the quality as well. Same feel as glasses costing 10x the cost.
Everything was good except, my most recent purchases didn't show up in my account and that caused a problem. My old prescription was there instead and I copied and pasted the old prescription and my new sunglasses were no good.
Unfortunately since you don't replace lenses I had to spend $190 to keep the frames I ordered.
I did appreciate that you would have given me completely new frames with the correct prescription, but I wanted the ones I picked.
I did save the current prescription when I did my order in April 2026. It just wasn't there?
I did appreciate the prompt responses from my email.
I will order from you again when I need new glasses and input the prescription and not save it.
