The web site is not clear on many…

The web site is not clear on many things like delivery date, tracking, etc., one is lost after ordering. It is a painful wait before you hear any thing other than in process.

Awesome glasses!

First, the quality of these glasses are outstanding. Far better than expected. Second, the value. I could not find any place that could compare price wise. I am very pleased with these glasses. Lightweight, comfortable, and good looking. I will be buying from here gain for sure.

I again was impressed with the frame…

I again was impressed with the frame quality of my latest order. The lenses are perfect and ultra-thin like the upgrade offers. The fit takes some tweaking but for the money saved not going to a local optometrist I will live with taking the time to tweak the fit.

Pleasantly surprised

Honestly was kinda of apprehensive with a new company. I have used eyebuydirect for years. Updated my prescription and was able to get the same quality and upgraded to transitions for 3 pairs, as would be the same price at eye direct for 1 pair of normal progressives and one with transition lenses will definitely recommend and order again.

They say you get what you pay for

They say you get what you pay for. This is no more evident than ordering from Goggles4u. Ordered a pair that arrived pretty scratched up. I contacted Customer Service who said they would send a replacement pair. The replacement pair looks like it was cut from a scrap of polycarbonate. The prescription is on a circle indentation that only use 75% of the lens. The rest is unused garbage that you can’t see out of. Contacted customer service again who keep trying to tell me that such workmanship is normal and refuse that anything is wrong despite clear photographic evidence to the contrary. Avoid this one. You get what you pay for. My order number was 1001971499.

Second time purchasing from Goggles4u

Second time purchasing from Goggles4u. The first time I ordered, I did not like the frames and customer service had me choose new ones and shipped within 2 days. That made me feel confident that this is a reputable company and I should definitely consider for future needs. This most recent order arrived flawless and I am very satisfied. Being that I need Asian fit, it is hard to find frames that fit well so I do wish there were more wide options with shorter temple lengths.
