Ruined my father's day celebration. Not only has a week passed from the original delivery date **despite paying extra for faster delivery, but it's also been a week since I've tried to contact them on all channels (including their online ticket) and yet to receive a human response. Received the printed album a week late, poor print quality, landscape images put in portrait, images cropped without approval.
