Product wasn't shipped when it was supposed to, and I'd paid for overnight shipping. Since it didn't ship on time to get to me before the holiday, I was nearly three weeks being able to use it due to me having to go out of town. It finally delivered on the 5th day after they collected the payment and wouldn't refund my money paid for overnight shipping. Customer service is a joke
