Romel Pajartin was incredibly helpful today, and very understanding about the issue we had contacted Firstkey about, as well as very patient listening to why I couldn't immediately reply to an email but that I could after getting home from work, along with patience as the phone was breaking up a bit. As someone with a non-typical work schedule, I feel lucky and privileged to be able to speak with a representative with such a valuable skill.
