I ordered an Ecoflow Wave 2 and the next day my order was cancelled. This was very disappointing but once I contacted Ecoflow they immediately reinstated my order, ensured I received quick delivery and also gave me a complimentary power bank. Following the initial disappointment the customer service has been very good and I would shop there again. Also the quality of the product is excellent.
