Highly impressed
Contacted customer service after realising that my autistic child's toothpaste was no longer being stocked. It's the only one they will use. Customer service was very responsive and found some of the flavour needed in stock for us. We've tried all the flavours over the years and I am very impressed with both the toothpaste and the level of customer service we received.
