Was told I was approved twice. Then made arrangements to sign paperwork. To be denied. Quit deceiving customers with promises of approval. Thanks for hurting my credit. Plus was informed to put full coverage on the vehicle for approval. Did as instructed and still was denied after told we were approved. you don’t tell customers they are guaranteed approval and then tell them for two days. They are approved ready to sign the document and then on the third day when you’re ready to go in then you get a call and say oh we’re sorry we can’t help you and you have to wait now for six months. I am looking into seeking legal action. Credit card companies used to do the same thing that you are doing one main. And they lost a class action lawsuit because of the same practices you guys are doing to consumers. Under no circumstances by law, can you guarantee approval for a loan and back out once you guarantee approval on a loan, you cannot legally back out of that loan. You want me just violated federal law. And I do have a class action attorney waiting to file a lawsuit.
