I replaced a roccbox with the arc xl in nov, 1925. Very happy with the arc. Some time early July the igniter failed. Called gozney service and they responded with a few checks that didn’t fix the problem. They sent a new igniter. Easy install. Works great. Shout to Owen who stayed with me til the problem was solved.
