Super difficult to disconnect from their system, especially when it comes to email domains. I would strongly recommend never allowing them to manage your business email domain. Instead, set it up directly through Google from the start. In my experience, disconnecting the email service became an endless cycle. My email account would repeatedly stop working, and I was often told I needed to pay through them again to restore access. Google consistently directed me back to Wix to remove the connection, but even after following the required steps, the integration never seemed to be fully disconnected. As for the website builder, it feels outdated and hasn't kept pace with the rest of the market. Compared to modern platforms, it lacks flexibility and innovation. Choosing Wix was one of the biggest business decisions I regret, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term website solution.
