Shady Marketing Practice
I had purchased a sample set for the cost of shipping. Unbeknownst to me, 14 days from the purchase date, an automatic subscription is triggered. Even though I had received the samples a few days ago and I haven’t had an opportunity to try, the subscription is being sent. I was more than happy to pay for the sample shipment, again had I known that an automatic subscription was part of the free sample, I would have forgone. Now I have to send back the subscription set and I am out of the refund fee and discounted return item ie about $20. A bit unhanded marketing. Because of their shady marketing practices e, I will recommend everyone to stay away from Lumin.
