fraudulent seat selection
I chose a seat class specifically so that I could choose my seat, and the system took my payment and then did not allow me to choose a seat during the process. I never would have booked with them if I’d known that they were going to not let me choose a seat since it was part of what was promised with purchase. Extremely frustrating and I will never use them again.
