Handled situation well
Convenience great, cheaper than rental car options in that location. We rented an older car and unfortunately the owner very quickly filed a damage report on places in car we never would have thought to have photographed (ie cup holder). The owner said he already had estimate of damages an hour after the return. Luckily turo reviewed, did the right thing, and the claim was dropped. They also reached out by phone after to discuss which I appreciated.
