Scam Scam Scam
I created an account, paid for a car rental, and then received an email an hour later saying I am banned from their service. They said it, 'could be' due to driving record, arrest record, or violating their terms of use. I am 28 and have never received a traffic violation, never been involved in a wreck, and I've never used their service so I couldn't have possibly violated the terms. They refuse to provide any reason or further justification to why I was banned. Absolutely pathetic.

Subaru vehicle was great to drive & smooth going!! Great car for island touring around island & up to Haleakala! Turo has always come thru on a dependable & well maintained vehicles!! Had great fun!!

Clean, Reliable, and great experience
I met with Victor who was very welcoming. He made sure the car was clean and ready for me when I arrived. Communication between Victor and Ollesea was amazing. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Would Turo with them again for sure when I am in town.
She tried it
The rental went fine with until I got back the person whom I rented from asked for a copy of my license and tried to say that I damaged her car when I know I didn’t because I made a video of the car once I picked it up. And the damage that she said that I did was already on the car. I couldn’t believe she tried me.
Perfect Experience
First, the host communication was spot on. From booking to turn in I knew the host was available. Secondly, the car was fantastic! Clean and fueled up at PHX and fit our needs perfectly! Excellent fuel economy and the right amount of pep to zip around Phoenix traffic. Loved it! I will definitely look to book this car again on my next trip!

Perfect Rental
The car was exactly where host said it would be, accessibility was simple, and it was quite affordable. Car was clean, and we had no issues.
Canceled mid-flight, yet resolved
My initial reservation was canceled mid flight. I exited the plane to find out that Turo canceled my rental due to a safety concern. This was frustrating, and I would have preferred to know prior to my flight. Perhaps Turo should ensure that the vehicles listed are up to par far in advance as opposed to an hour before landing. However, Turo offered compensation due to the inconvenience and I was able to secure another vehicle with the help of a flexible renter. The person brought the car to me at the airport and I was able to enjoy the trip.

I had tried to get a less of a gas…
I had tried to get a less of a gas puzzler, i was told that I would lose $25.00. The vehicle was nice I tried reaching out to the host on how far I had to travel but they never responded, the gas cost was outrages, if you can't afford the cost of gas I would say try something small, I spent about $200.00 in gas. All in all it was ok
