Very responsive and easy to work with. They even refunded the parking fee of $11 when I picked up the car at airport shuttle lot. The car was clean, no odors, the AC worked well. Over all very pleasant experience. Would rent from owner again.
When I was uploading our licenses for the rental car, I did my husband's license first instead of mine even though we are both drivers. Turo then cancelled the entire rental immediately and refused to refund the money we had already paid. I instantly called Turo and explained the situation. They would not allow us to fix the mistake and upload my license and would only give us a credit for a portion of the money we had paid. We then had to scramble at the last minute for a new rental car. The car we rented was nice and the owner allowed us to extend the rental an extra day when our flight was cancelled due to weather. Buyer beware! Don't make any mistakes!
Once getting used to your site it did go well. I did not like having to wait till day before picking up the car to send my driver's license pic, because we were already traveling & did not have constant internet service but it all worked out. The general instructions were clear & concise. My host-Shane-was very helpful & I had confidence in his assistance. It all was a great experience & I would use your site again when traveling.

Getting the car was very easy, and everything went perfectly! The car was beautiful, very clean, smelled fresh, and ran great. We really enjoyed putting the top down since it was a convertible, and it was also great on gas. We had it for five days and loved every minute of it. The return process was quick and easy as well. This was our first time renting through Turo, and it was an amazing experience. We will definitely rent again!

This was my first time using Turo as I normally book my rental with the airport when I visit Hawaii. Since this time, I was going with my family, and I needed a big van. JP made my first experience a great one! He was so quick with his response to my millions of questions I had about my rental. A big plus is that the van was so nice and clean! Turo is very convienant. The hosts are very reliable and trustworthy. Renting on Turo is cheaper than renting from a traditonal car rental place. O can't rent a car anywhere I go and now they have these long term rentals which are also amazing. The booking process is easy once you pass your background check.
I have used Turo 3 different times now-I am swearing off traditional car rental companies! I love being able to do everything inside the app, picking my own car, and getting the car without having any issues! Even used it recently at airport pickup! I love it and all the people I rented from have been just amazing!
Renting with Ralph's Rentals was great. Vehicle was exceptionally clean, large enough to carry 4 adults, an infant, and luggage. Our needs were anticipated by Ralph providing a car seat when mentioned. Messages were responded to promptly & instructions were clear in locating & returning the vehicle.
