Easy pick up & drop off close to airport. Car was clean inside & out and full tank of gas. Only suggestion would be that the car needs checked for alignment. There was a very noticeable shake/wobble when speed gets to about 58-60mph.
Love Turo! I have been using yall for a few years. Never went back to traditional car rentals. I love all the different options of vehicles.
I am writing to request a reconsideration regarding a refund for my recent booking. Due to a scheduling oversight, my trip ended two days earlier than originally Booked. I requested a modification to my booking, but it was denied the refound because it was submitted approximately 30 hours after the book. As a result, I am currently not being reimbursed for the two unused days. I would appreciate it if Turo could show some flexibility regarding this policy given the circumstances, and please let me know if a partial refund or credit can be issued for the remaining two days.
I recently used Turo for a trip to Hawaii, and overall, it was a great experience. The process felt much more convenient compared to traditional rental companies like Hertz, Enterprise, or Budget. Booking was straightforward, and I liked being able to choose from a variety of unique vehicles rather than just the standard rental options. One of the biggest advantages was the ease and flexibility—pickup and drop-off were simple, and communication with the host was smooth. It felt more personalized than dealing with a large rental counter. On top of that, I was able to save a bit of money, which is always a plus when traveling. Convenience great, cheaper than rental car options in that location. We rented an older car and unfortunately the owner very quickly filed a damage report on places in car we never would have thought to have photographed (ie cup holder). The owner said he already had estimate of damages an hour after the return. Luckily turo reviewed, did the right thing, and the claim was dropped. They also reached out by phone after to discuss which I appreciated.

Booking was fine along with options available. Parking to pickup car was extremely convenient. Did not appreciate being somewhat talked down to by host for details that was not shared or feedback for maintenance.

Alex provided clear instructions and was helpful throughout our trip with any questions. The car drove great and in good condition. We only wished the car didn't come with 600 mile restriction like other rental companies like Enterprise or Avis. But would rent from Alex again.
