We rented a Mitsubishi Outlander that was very clean and well maintained. Our host did a wonderful job of explaining both the pick up and delivery of the vehicle, with explicit directions complete with pictures. She also gave us her personal phone number for any questions we had and got back to us promptly. I highly recommend Uyvonne as your next Turo host.

Vinicius was an excellent host and communication was easy!! I had never rented before at the MCO Orlando Airport and he made everything easy with full instructions on pick up and drop off. His Jeep is beautiful and rode smoothly; exactly as presented on Turo. I loved the open sunroof!! I would rent from Vinicius and his team again🙌🏻…THANK YOU!!!
Toro was the best, most convenient and cheapest option for the rental we were looking for. The car owner, Natalie, is what really made our trip special. She was very flexible with us on pick up and drop of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
It was easy to rent, easy to find (though OHare is a lot of steps, but still easier than going to a rental car counter) and the car was great! I chose a hybrid so gas was hardly an extra expense!

Communications with the host was spot pn. They were very accomodating and supportive. The car was great. It was clean andwhen i checked the hood to check on the oil, it was right on the mark- so i would say, well maintained.
All my expectations were met. David the owner of the Honda Odessy keep the vehicle well maintained, no issue what so ever. I would recommend his business to my friends and relatives.
Excellent communication The host was great. Car was ready when I arrived and we were on the road in less than 5 minutes. The very reason I use Turo. The rental car lines at Bozeman airport were ridiculous so highly recommend!
This was our first Turo experience and it went better than expected! The price and availability couldn't be beat by the traditional rental car guys. Our hosts were incredibly good communicators and easy to work with with our plans changed slightly. Turo will be my go-to for vehicles while on travel from now on!

Car was super clean, and the pick-up location was very convenient to where I live so all was fast and efficient. Booking process was also very easy.
Turo does a fine job of explaining how to use their site. They have a huge inventory of customers and vehicles to choose from in cities everywhere. The bigger Turo gets the more there is to read so allow time to comprehend and explore all the options Turo has available. I’ve chosen Turo numerous times and have never been disappointed and I’ll continue to use them in the future.

Niveen of Tampa, FL fraudulently charged my family for gas following our trip, despite showing photos to TURO and them that the gas was filled. We even went to the trouble of washing and vacuuming their car on our way to the airport. Turo will be on no assistance, and the user waits for you to send a glowing review and then charges you. User beware
