This was our first time using Turo. From booking to pick up (very easy to locate vehicle) to drop off - it was an easy and quick process. The vehicle was clean and in very good condition. It was the perfect size for our family. We will use Turo and this owner again! Thank you!

The car was exactly as advertised. Reliable and got great gas mileage. Trunk size is quite large for a smaller car. It help a big suitcase, 2 normal carry-ons, 2 backpacks, and a medium cooler. Reggie was a good host and communicated well. The only inconvenience of this trip was to get and park the car in economy parking. I believe this is a new rule that the airport has implemented unfortunately.
This company literally allowed one of their providers out of Cincinnati to totally screw me over. The individual, whose name is Sean, made false claims that ended up costing me double the amount of the trip itself. The tire on his X2 developed a bubble and even though all other tires on the car were cheap accelerate tires costing less than $100. They let him present estimates claiming I caused rim damage and alignment issues despite me showing clear evidence that the tire was the only one of its kind and much older. The inside of the tire had thread showing and he claimed I caused it which would have been impossible. They do not provide an actual opportunity to negotiate even though I was willing to put a replacement tire of similar value to the other three. Bottom line, be very careful because they lean heavily towards burdening you with totally fabricated costs. I will never use them again.
Great rental experience! The SUV was very clean, easy to drive, and pickup/drop-off couldn't have been easier. The trunk had plenty of room for our luggage, and the third row came in handy when we needed to give family members a ride. Todd was an awesome host. He reached out right away when I forgot to complete my Turo driver's license verification before arriving and also checked in to make sure my flight arrived safely. Great communication and genuinely thoughtful. We'd definitely recommend Todd to others and would happily rent from him again on our next trip to Anchorage!

Turo you have a bad car operating on your platform and your customer service was a horrifyingly bad experience as well. You offered me no choice, and I had to live a bad rental. On top of this, your owner offered me a kick back (self incriminating was he in our messaging thread, and he gave an admission of fact that his automobile was less than a good car to be rented), as shown clearly in the reviews of a nasty dirty and defective automobile. And you can see that my Turo Rating would have been less than a 1 Star if I could say so, because it was and they deserve this review too! (Unprompted is not Correct).
