Easy, Convenient and Enjoyable Tesla Rental

I had an excellent experience renting a Tesla from Full Self Drive LlC via Turo. The vehicle was luxury-quality, clean, well maintained, and felt almost brand new. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, including booking, accessing the vehicle location, communication through Turo app and the drop off too. Everything was clearly communicated, convenient and hassle-free. The car performed perfectly and host made the rental process smooth via app. I would highly recommend them and would gladly rent from them again.

I didn't go on a trip but needed a rental car for the day incase of an emergency or whatever may happen. I had my car in the window tinting shop for getting tinting and uv protection on the front shield and front door windows against sun exposure on my arms, face and upper chest, I do chemotherapy and the sun gives me huge hives. So this rental was so very reasonable and less expensive than Uber, Hertz, enterprise, etc. I will use her car at Turo again if and when I may need a rental car. Very clean nice car. Very kind owner as well.

This was my first time using Turo. The overall experience was very easy. Samuel was very prompt with replies to any questions. The vehicle was very clean and performed great. I would definitely recommend.

Booking issues before my trip, but Justin made it a better trip

Justin with Nitro was a great host, very attentive and the car was great. The price was reasonable since I had to book Justin's Kia the day before I left due to the original vehicle that I chose and paid for was unavailable at the last minute and I was not given a comparable vehicle. I called customer service to complain about(Brad) and the last minute cancelation and haven't heard back yet.

We had a great experience! The team was responsive and helpful. Directions were good though I wish the lockbox passcode wouldn’t “disappear” from the rental details. There should be an easy way to retrieve it (for returning the vehicle and putting the keys back into the lockbox) besides having to reach out to the hosts.

Well, fortunately, Esther had a car available at an airport that doesn’t have rental cars available as my previous experience showed so I was elated that there could be a possibility. So when I contacted Turo Esther through Turo from the very start, it was smooth to the very end it was smooth. Everything that was told to me about the process worked great I was told where the car would be able to be picked up and when I got there, I was given the keypad number to get the key to get into the car. Everything was nice good and only return. It was just same way so I can’t say enough about the fact that it was smooth plus the fact that he was available where no other rental car company existed there.

Car was great lack of communication was big issue late with drop off. Was promise extra day idk what happened with that. Her driver did not explain the drop off which was supposed to be 7am didn’t get a reply till 3 hrs later. Text multiple times by the app, regular text and called 3 times Thank god no issues has happen cause I wouldn’t have gotten reply. Tool screen shots of everything just to make sure I don’t get charge a fee. Once again beautiful car runs great

Getting the car and dropping off the car was seamless very straight forward instructions car was very smooth to drive and very clean was even able to accommodate me when my flight was canceled for extra day. Would deff rent again when I’m in the Tampa area
