Vehicle had A/C and engine issues

Unfortunately the vehicle I rented had A/C issues and the car had engine problems as well and this was in 92 degree heat. I misread the pet policy and though the car was cleaned and vacuumed I was charged an extra $165 because of a no pet policy. I asked to be sent the documentation regarding the issue because after thoroughly rereading the contract I couldn't find the no pet policy. I feel it was a little excessive but I paid it. As a consumer my issues driving a vehicle with no a/c was disregarded. Just feeling a little let down by the experience with "Sereitai"

The car was clean it was new and and the location of the car was perfect. My flight got in walked through the garage picked up vehicle. Mikhail was very thorough, informative and response was phenomenal. Return was smooth refueled and dropped the vehicle off at the same place I retrieved it from. Whe ln picking up the vehicle there is a parking fee which is less than $20.00.

Bad experience

The host drove over 12 miles in order to pump gas at a further gas station causing the prices to be more than what it was. The host should have pumped gas at the closest gas station to the g lot which was at 2995 N Mannheim Rd Des Plaines, IL 60018 United States. Instead the host drove all the way to elmhurst which is 15 miles away in order to pump gas and charge me more. Turo should look into. I provide photos showing how far they went and how close they could’ve gone. This is a really bad practice for renters. The host was “Kaya rental car”. Chicago based
