Ms.Jennifer is a terrible host. I made some small curb scratches on the front rim. And she made like I destroyed her vehicle. This common things that happens to vehicle. But she said her vehicle isn't drivable. And that is a total LIE. I won't deal with her no more. It can be fixed. It's not nothing serious.

Do not do business with them on the…
Do not do business with them on the Turo app. They are charging us $15 for supposedly returning the Tesla we rented with insufficient charge. They submitted to Turo that we returned it at 68% but in their own pickup pictures 10 minutes after we returned it, it’s at 77%. They submitted their own evidence to prove their lie. I don’t care about $15, it’s the principle of trying to be taken advantage of.

They made it very easy for me to locate the carr gave me direction and it was very easy to get to it. The car was good drove good. Nothing wrong with it. If I ever go down to Washington again I would definitely rent a car from them again.

Last minute cancellation, followed by an MOT
We booked a car a couple months in advance before a weekend away. Turo cancel the trip hours before pickup time due to ‘unmet safety and quality standards’ when this could have done way before. We then booked a less nice car for more money given how soon we needed it (no offer to match the pricing from Turo) to then find while we were 100 miles away on the trip, that the car needed an MOT. We had to spend the first day finding an MOT garage on a Saturday afternoon and waste our afternoon taking it in for an MOT and waiting around. Turo would not offer any compensation for this. Will not be using Turo again. Why would we when there’s not even an offer to compensate when things go wrong.

I used to rent so often but the prices have gotten ridiculous in this economy. It seems like the more I look for a car the higher the price goes up, as if it is dynamic pricing.

The host was wonderful she responded to all my questions fast. I would have given a 5 star but the tired had a nail and I ended up with a flat tire missing my reservation for dinner and waiting two hours to have the tired replaced.

Of course reliable vehicle, the vehicle was smooth with riding, safe and comfortable and definitely enough space for me. I love the car in general and makes me want one.

First time using Turo. The process is very user friendly and the van we rented went above mine and my family's expectations. I now know where to go when I need a travel vehicle
I loved the car
I loved the car, but unfortunately I lost a day of work because there was not a single drop of antifreeze in the radiator nor the reservoir.

The Vehicle was Perfect
The vehicle was perfect. It fit 9 people and all of our luggage. No problems with the cargo van. Chris responds quickly and has good communication. Great trip!
