Great. The gas tank was full The car was very clean. That car is great on gas. Not that good in the rain though. I was able to get on the road quickly. Thank you!

The idea of using this type of service was appealing however I found that receiving communications from both the owner and Turo became very confusing and difficult to follow and recall. The savings were a plus but at this point I'm not sure that the savings outweighed some of the hassles.

Dmitry was easy to work with. The car was exactly as it was advertised. I will use Dmitry again in the future.
Refund process
They kept telling me my refund was issued on Monday. I get a notification today that it was refunded and now i have to wait 10 days after i already waited 5 days. I am livid because i don't have a way to get to and from work now. They also marked my return late and it was not returned late.

The trip was fine until after returning the car. The host lied about refueling the vehicle. And tried to scam me into paying. Then also blamed me for other issues that were not mine. He waits for you to give him a good review then he gives you a bad review and tries to scam you. He should not be a host
The vehicle stopped working
The vehicle stopped working. It had to be towed at the end. There was no offer to reimburse me for the inconvenience. While the host was concerned and telling me not to worry about the car allowing it to be towed. There was no concern it seemed for me to be able to get back home safely.
