As a new buyer, I am currently in the second phase: waiting for the finished products. I already gave the first phase a positive 5-star rating. I can only award top marks for this second phase as well; everything is proceeding exactly as expected and promised. Communication—both the interaction itself and the speed of updates on the status of the order—continues to merit a 5-out-of-5-star rating. The third phase (arrival and inspection of the goods) is still to come, but I am very confident that it, too, will rank at the top end of the scale. I am very excited and will post again once that stage is reached.
