Chronic Refill Delays and Inconsistent Support Put My Treatment at Risk. AVOID!
My experience with Hers has been consistently poor when it comes to actually keeping a subscription running. Refills have been delayed by weeks at a time, with no proactive communication - I've had to chase updates myself every single time, only to get generic, copy-paste responses that don't answer the actual question. I was told I could go without my medication for only so long before losing progress and risking hair loss, yet no one proactively warned me about this until I pushed for it myself. When I raised the issue, I was told I'd have to pay out of pocket at a local pharmacy to cover Hers' own fulfillment failure - which is completely unacceptable for a company that already took my money for the product. Every interaction has required me to do the chasing, the escalating, and the explaining, while the company offers vague apologies instead of real solutions or timelines. For a service tied to an ongoing medical treatment, this level of unreliability and lack of accountability is not okay. I would not recommend relying on Hers for consistent prescription fulfillment.
