Customer Service is NON EXISTENT
What started as a good experience has not finished with the same experience or thoughts. I ordered several items from them, while I haven’t had them long enough to review the quality. I have had enough interaction with the company to learn that customer service is completely absent. They are not willing to budge on even the most simple of requests. I have a reasonable request in regards to one of my orders and they refuse to do anything to help me. It’s always a run around of sorry it has been shipped, or sorry we can’t help you. There’s no attempt to find an option to assist me. I’ve even reordered a different size paying double just to get what I wanted so it’s not like I was a one and done customer. What began as a happy referral, has since become an order at your own risk. I will not be recommending them or ordering again. There are tons of companies like this one and if you value any sense of customer support or appreciation, this is not the place. Terrible experience. UPDATE: (7/8/2026) After my initial review, The company reached out to offer me a $50 Gift card.. yes the same they put in every one of your boxes when you purchase from them. The same that you can’t even use half the time because their items are on “sale” and can’t combine coupons. The same that MAKES you come back to spend more to even use. They again said sorry, USPS picked up your package and we can’t help you. How hard is it to purchase a $5 label to make things right?… Additionally. I had submitted this EXACT review directly on their website yesterday morning at the same time as this review. I check back today and see SEVERAL added reviews to their review page… mine however seems to have been screened. All I see are additional “5 Star” reviews. Mine was never posted and withheld from the company. This is terrible business ethics and shows you exactly what type of business they are. Please choose another company and avoid all together, I know I won’t ever be back.
