The rug was defective
The rug was defective. It shed like crazy. Customer service said the amount of shedding was "normal" without seeing any pictures or even asking for pictures. They refused to pay return shipping for this clearly defective rug, which I think is their regular way of doing business. The best they would do is give me a slight discount on return shipping. I will NEVER do business with this company.
