I wish zero stars was an option. This company was wonderful prior to being bought out by VRC or Vital Shred, what ever they go by at this point. Now they charge us after canceling our contract with them over 4 months ago. They fraudulently charged my CC for autopay for 2 months and stated that it takes 60 days to cancel a contract. The CC company retrieved my funds for those fraudulent charges. After removing my CC from autopay, not they are emailing me 2 months of invoices listed as late fees, minimum fees, admin fees and compliance reporting. What a sham. Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else, literally anyone!
