Clean water !
This filter is really good. Living in London especially, tap water is so bad. It's important for us that we know our water is clean of micro plastics and other things that are in our taps. I use this for cooking and drinking. Even bottled water tastes bad after this. After 2 years , we had a problem where it wasn't responding but the customer service was really good. Becky has responded to every need. And had our machine replaced for free which we are incredibly grateful for. And even added a water pitcher! 3 other households in our family have also bought on our recommendations and are happy with it.
