Clear instructions for re-installation
I received clear instructions to re-download and install my VPN. Apple techs had told me this was the cause of random black screens and I had to delete the app from my system. It turned out that a new HDMI cable solved my black screen problem!! And if Apple think it's a bad app, why do they offer it in their App shop? Food for thought!
