bad experience
bad experience. not user friendly, i tried to recharge first time, the workflow looked like it worked, then it failed, support said its because i didnt input a pin in the bank confirmation, but i did the correct bank confirmation (i have fingerprint instead of pin). the second time, i did the same workflow, i was charged and didnt receive the credits. they said resolve it with the local provider.. i had done a recharge with them using the same steps and it worked in the past. so 3 different outcomes from the same steps
