I have been a customer since 2011. Never had to worry about my luggage getting to or from each destination. We just disembarked from a cruise in Reykjavik, Iceland on Thursday 7/23 and my luggage arrived home 7/27 in California. I am always hesitant to leave my luggage with the port agent if I have to catch a flight upon disembarkation but they always come through. My only issue is there should be a representative during evening hours after hours instead of AI in case of an emergency.
