This process is overly complicated
This process is overly complicated and not timely. Recipient chose virtual redemption so they could use it that day at a restaurant for her birthday but virtual redemption would take 1-3 days. This is not virtual. That is not acceptable since sender paid for gift out of their bank account several days ago. I will never use Giftly again and will tell others of this terrible experience. They will tell restaurant of this bad experience getting a gift card for the restaurant.
