Perfume has gone bad before opening
Bought Elizabeth Taylor Passion and on using for the first time found it had gone to acid. Smelt like vinegar. I presume a factory mishap. Totally unusable. I contacted FragranceX who obviously want it returned. Presumably they don't believe me. But they expect me to pay for postage to the US from UK and they will not reimburse this. Considering this perfume is totally bad and unusable I am astonished. I am in my 70s and I'm so surprised a company would treat you like this so I look like I've lost money I really cannot afford to do in the current climate. I definitely won't purchase from them again A UK company would certainly not treat you in this way. Very poor customer service. Further to the response from Fragrance X. The cheapest cost to return would be £9.00 . As the product was £23.16 I'd only get £14 back which is not ok.
