Absolutely terrible experience with 1800Accountant. My assigned accountant changed countless times, and every new person would call me without any continuity. It was impossible to track previous conversations or understand what had already been discussed. The interface is confusing and outdated, making even simple tasks frustrating. Documents I uploaded somehow kept "disappearing," and I was repeatedly asked to provide the same information again. Even worse, almost nothing that had been discussed or agreed upon was actually implemented. In the end, I had to hire another accountant to fix all the mistakes and complete the work correctly. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable accounting support.
