Would rare higher but.....
I have been with them since they were working with smile direct. The quility is good. But I would rate higher but the shipping takes soooo long 2-3 weeks is a long time for the price.of retainers. I have lost mine for the first time ever and becuase you need to order every 6 months i would hope there would be a few pre made for that or just incase of emergency like a lost retainer. I wish shipping for retainers was just overall faster.
