Incompetent, not fraudulent
Very frustrating experience that wasted 3 hours! I booked a hotel room, but didn't get any confirmation. I went onto their site for an answer, but the AI agent said I needed a human agent and didn't get one for 3 hours. I emailed them, but no one responded. Credit card (the next day) said they had charged and then refunded my room. Bizarre they couldn't tell me what went on. I appreciate that they did refund my room, but there was NO communication about what happened.
