Hi smiles products are all a marketing strategy and gimmick. I’ve tried all of them, followed all their instructions to the T. They don’t work. Simple. The only one that I found did anything and saw results was the I.D mouth wash. Most likely because I like seeing all the gunk come out. I find it very satisfyingly and I like the taste. However it’s important to note that most mouth washes do the same thing . The only difference in the I.D mouth washes is that it has a chemical which binds all the gunk together so you can see it. That’s it. All mouthwashes do the same thing , you just can’t see it . Don’t let their multi millionaire dollar marketing investment full you. Because that’s what it is.
