The photobooks are good quality and good price.
The photobooks are good quality and a good value. I will continue to use this company. I have used it for several years (with two different emails). You can use just that much for the public, if you like. For you, however, know that I've had some trouble with customer service since January. I wasn't able to get an order I made through Groupon, even though I described the problem multiple times through various contacts that were requested. I was later able to resolve the issue. Recently I received the two orders I made, but I never knew that they had really been ordered. The items were no longer in the cart, but I never received a receipt email for them and I kept getting notices in my email that my order was not complete and that I should finish it. I tried to duplicate it (twice), but the system would not allow me to use the payment coupon I had applied when I ordered the item (and I still wasn't sure I had actually ordered it). I sent in two different requests to look into the matter, and I never got responses to either. I got things from Hannah Mae, but they were "no-reply." It wasn't until I received the two orders that I was sure the orders had actually been placed. I would really appreciate it if there were people (actual humans) who could communicate through email or through the chat feature, quickly and efficiently. I never did hear back on my questions. The tickets should not require a number in order to ask a question. People should be more available. I have really loved working with this company, but now I think I need to have a screen shot to prove that I really have ordered an item. The last three things have been issues for me. I never used to have that problem. Please see what you can do to let people know where their orders stand and how the people can be helped. You really do want everything to be smooth for them. Thanks for letting me tell you how I feel.
