Delivery of my order was changed at short notice to the following day when we were not at home. The goods claimed to have been delivered to my address, with a supporting photograph which wasn't my front door step, or feet! I sent an email, as it was outside office hours, and received an AI generated reply stating that JennyChem would 'escalate' the issue with their courier. I sent two further emails and never had the courtesy of a reply. I eventually found the goods had been delivered to a near neighbour and who assumed that the courier had left a note for me stating the actual delivery address and was expecting me to call round to collect. Product ordered seems good but aftersales was non existent.
