Customer Service Person was Great! However, I got some beefs with SmileSet
The customer service agent was compassionate and very helpful. My only beef is that I updated my address two or three different times, (even before they had my retainers ready), but she said my addy STILL wasnt updated. Otherwise, I really appreciate that they bought out Smile Direct after they went OOB--otherwise, I would have had to start ALL over with a different company.
